Welcome to Nimble Travel, LLC. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and our services. By accessing or using our website and engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.Services Provided:
1.1 Nimble Travel, LLC offers a range of travel-related services, including but not limited to flight bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, tour packages, cruises, and travel insurance.1.2 We act as an intermediary between you and the respective airlines, hotels, car rental companies, cruise lines, tour companies, and other service providers to facilitate your travel arrangements.
Booking and Payment:2.1 When making a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested in the booking form.2.2 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider.2.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.2.4 We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other electronic payment options. Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.
Cancellations and Refunds:Nimble Travel, LLC and all affiliated travel agents do not accept any responsibility for the following: 3.1 Canceled or delayed vacations and/or flights due to improper or inadequate documentation of traveler. Passports are required to visit any country outside the US. Please visit http://travel.state.gov/ for full details. If you are not a US Citizen, please contact your embassy for possible visa requirements. 3.2 Canceled or delayed vacations and/or flights due to poor physical or mental health of traveler from any cause. 3.3 Canceled or delayed vacations and/or flights due to mechanical failure, adverse weather, government decisions, terrorist activity, disease outbreaks, or any other force majeure. 3.4 Canceled or delayed vacations and/or flights due to ticket holder’s failure to follow policies and instructions of the independent suppliers or vendors; i.e., Airlines, Hotels, Car Rental Agency, Tour Company/Wholesaler, Cruise Line or Activity Provider. 3.5 Canceled or delayed vacations and/or flights due to any actions of the above-mentioned independent suppliers and vendors, including but not limited to: breach of contract, failure to provide services, or to adhere to their own schedules, actions, or omissions either intentional or not intentional, monetary crises. 3.6 Canceled or delayed vacations and/or flights due to any other reason beyond the travel agent’s control. 3.7 Any injury, loss, claims, punitive/incidental/indirect/consequential damages that occur once the traveler has embarked on their vacation. 3.8 Any fees that are the direct responsibility of the traveler, including but not limited to: excessive baggage, departure taxes, tourist visas/cards, etc. 3.9 Any change-of-ticket or reservation fees imposed by independent suppliers or vendors; i.e., Airlines, Hotels, Car Rental Agency, Tour Company/Wholesaler, Cruise Line, or Activity Provider.3.10 Any refunds from independent suppliers or vendors, i.e., Airlines, Hotels, Car Rental Agency, Tour Company/Wholesaler, Cruise Line, or Activity Provider. We will gladly assist you in obtaining any refund owed to you from the travel provider/supplier should you need to cancel your trip. 3.11 Any damage, loss, delayed arrival or departure of baggage and other goods belonging to traveler. 3.12 Any transportation not previously arranged and pre-paid among the following; Airport, Hotel, Activity Location, Restaurant, or any other travel destination arranged by Nimble Travel, LLC and any affiliated travel agents. 3.13 Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider and the specific booking. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the applicable cancellation policy before making a booking.3.14 In case of cancellation, refund eligibility and any applicable fees will be determined by the service provider's policy.3.15 Nimble Travel, LLC charges a $100 per trip administration fee for processing cancellations or modifications in addition to any fees imposed by the service provider.3.16 In addition to the cancellation fees & refund policies set by the individual suppliers and vendors, Nimble Travel, LLC charges a $200 per trip cancellation fee.
Travel Documents and Insurance:4.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents for your intended destination(s).4.2 We strongly recommend that you purchase adequate travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, or travel disruptions. Nimble Travel, LLC can assist you in obtaining travel insurance, but it is your decision to purchase and ensure the suitability of the coverage.
Limitation of Liability:5.1 Nimble Travel, LLC and all affiliated agents are not responsible for the Suppliers’ acts or omissions, their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules, and their failure to pay any refund or for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which any party may cause.5.2 Nimble Travel, LLC and all affiliated agents shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, epidemics and pandemics, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent's control. 5.3 Traveler(s) assumes full responsibility for and hereby releases Nimble Travel, LLC and all affiliated agents from any duty of checking and verifying all passport, visa, vaccination, entry requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.5.4 Nimble Travel, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services.5.5 In offering hotel accommodations, tour packages, villa rentals, airfare reservations, and other valuable travel arrangements for sale, Nimble Travel, LLC acts only in the capacity of an agent/intermediary of the travel provider/supplier.
BAGGAGE + AIRLINE POLICIES 6.1 It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they understand and comply with the airline’s baggage policy and any other policies pertaining to their travel booked with Nimble Travel, LLC.
Privacy and Data Protection:7.1 We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Utah.8.2 Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States of America and the State of Utah.
